The last time I wrote about the Rices was in 2010. Andy and Beth had come to Zambia for a visit, to see AZ's ministries. Now they have come to stay.
The team has anticipated their arrival for a year and a half, and on May 2 that dream came true. God is good. Tracy and I have anxiously awaited their arrival as Andy will be working with us in pastoral leadership development. The cavalry has arrived! The Saint Bernard with the little keg strapped to his neck is here. Help is here!
Andy, a former senior pastor, and Beth, a former middle school teacher, resided in Virginia and have two sons and two grandchildren.
God has answered many prayers to get them here, not the least of which is reaching a support

The team has done a fantastic job welcoming the Rices. While they are adjusting to Zambia this first week, they are staying with us. Already they have their phone numbers and have been house-hunting. We look forward to many fruitful years of ministry with them, as well as deepening our friendship.
