Warm Welcome

A week ago today we were being driven to O'Hare airport by our friend of 30+ years, Chester Hilty. Two days later we were driven to our home in Zambia by Chester's son, Timothy.

After an uneventful trip we arrived in Zambia on the red eye flight and were greeted by many familiar faces. For a few minutes it took a while to realize that two of those faces were ones that belonged in the US. Bruce and Bonnie, friends from the Sycamore/DeKalb region, had been in Africa for five weeks, were leaving that day, and had come to welcome us home. Teammates as well as some of APC's pastors greeted us warmly~and, who could forget that some of the team's children were there to welcome us back, too? Thanks, everyone, we truly felt blessed!
