APC Hopefuls

Making a new attendance sheet for Tracy's class proved to be bittersweet. After deleting John Chitambo's name, I entered John Chilufya's. We had gotten to know Chitambo quite a bit during the past three years. As I typed in Chilufya's  name there was excitement about the new pupil Chilufya~how would he do as a student, what would he bring to the class, and what stories would we have to tell after three years?


Tracy resumed classes this month with eighteen eager students. For the next six weeks a course on biblical exegesis, Veritas Module One, will be taught. After completing this course, fifteen men from the eighteen will be selected for ACTION Pastors College (APC), which will begin in May. The students enter this course knowing that three will not make it to APC. However, several men after class told Tracy that even if they don't make the cut, they will be attending class anyway! These men are very determined and hungry for truth and Bible knowledge! Please be in prayer for these eighteen men and for the fifteen whom God has chosen to be in APC.
