The Neighborhood's Going To The Birds

Because weaver birds are communal, we expected more nests. So we now have three, count them, three weaver bird nests in the nearby mulberry tree. I also learned another interesting fact about the female weaver bird. Not only does she shun a shabbily built nest, but she will actually tear it apart to get her point across. So far these guys’ labors of love are still intact!
