R and R (Remodeling and Recreation!)

One of the things we wanted to do while visiting our children was to help them. Our first stop during our traveling months of June and July was at our daughter and son-in-law's house in PA. Audrey and Keith recently purchased a house which already has received a lot of tender love and care.

What the house didn't have much of was a kitchen. So, this week Tracy is helping to install new kitchen cabinets in the kitchen of their two-story house. Keith had already set the stage for installation by putting up sheetrock. To open up the kitchen, a man from their church tore out the wall between the kitchen and living room. What a view now!

While the guys are slaving away and Audrey is at work, Gramma is going upstairs right now to put a swimming suit on Lucy. While Lucy was taking a nap Gramma breathed life into this wading pool she couldn't resist buying and filling it with H20. The water should be good and warm by now. Isn't this just the cutest little pool in the world? I'm gonna have some fun!
