I wanted to share pictures with you of the team of people I have worked with the past four years. Annette and Heather, my two supervisors, enjoy some Christmas lunch in this first picture. Besides Annette, only three people remain of the original team that began the summer of 2003~Roberta, Kelly, and myself. When I started work we kept a running list of the funny things customer service reps say. My favorite is one made by Valerie to a customer~"Well, if a normal person was ordering this . . . ." Or, how about when referring to an expiration date, "You expire with
the December issue." (Really?) We eventually came up with a list of about fourteen items. I'll miss you all~keep in touch!
