On Monday Tracy flies to Seattle for a consultation on Pastoral Leadership Development (PLD), sponsored by Action International Ministries. Over 20 pastors and missionaries will be discussing the needs of pastors in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Other topics of discussion are ACTION's role with the local church on those continents, recruiting Western pastors to minister to needy pastors, and the needs of missionaries working with national pastors. Tracy is currently reading the book, Serving With Eyes Wide Open, in preparation for this conference.Tracy hopes this will be a time of networking with pastors and missionaries so that he might increase in wisdom to help Zambian pastors. Please pray that this would be a fruitful and valuable time as well as a rich time of fellowship with the other participants.
