A Virtual Tour, Part V

We recently had some electrical work done on the house. Because I kept getting shocked when I touched the water faucets, the house needed to be grounded, or "earthed" as it's called here. Since there is no access point inside, the workers had to peel the roof back. In the process one of the workers dropped a heavy tool. It fell onto the ceiling panel (which is made of asbestos) and shattered it. As a result we have this wonderful, new decoration. I've tried to come up with several captions for this picture. Maybe you have some you'd like to contribute. How about~"Our Skylight" or "We're Adding On An Attic" or "There's A Hole In The Ceiling, Dear Liza, Dear Liza"!

How about "Black Holes: They're Closer Than You Think." :)

It looks like a whole lot of home improvement projects Brad and I take on. The latest is that we fixed the toilet and now the whole house shakes whenever we flush it. It's quite exciting!
