In addition to teaching a Bible interpretation class to pastors, Tracy also meets with nine of these pastors in groups of three. During these sessions the men discuss leadership and personal issues, using Spiritual Leadership by Oswald Sanders as a springboard.These informal discussions build relationships with the pastors. They also give Tracy an opportunity to learn what it means to be a pastor in Zambia. He is also committed to visiting the pastors' churches several times throughout the year.
