A Day At Ciyanjano, Part II

After lining out the surveyor Tracy shared a short devotional from
Colossians 3:14 with the Vacaville team. Tweaking a bit from his sermon last Sunday, Tracy shared with those present that the way to love others is to be filled up with the hope of glory and of Christ. Especially moving was the true story he shared of a man who fell out of an airplane without a parachute. Without even thinking, another man with his parachute strapped onto his back, dove out of the plane to rescue the other man who was plummeting to his death. Tracy's point was if we have the "hope of glory" giving us confidence in this life, we will have the freedom to love others and take daring risks to rescue those perishing without "parachutes".
