One of the issues to be discussed at IC was the JVA, or joint venture agreement. The JVA is a document which governs member countries of ACTION. Presently ACTION Zambia is not a member nation but is consider- ing joining.
Several hours were devoted to sifting through the document in order to reach a consensus on each point. On Thursday Nelson Reed, director of ACTION International, invited our delegates to speak about AZM's concerns. Bestone, the board chairman of AZM, shared several points with the council, reiterating that we as a field desire to become a JVA member. Please pray for our board as it considers this decision, that it would please the Lord in all things.
