Shifting Day

Today was moving day, sorry--shifting day, for our friends and neighbors, the Hiltys. They had been out of their house for almost two weeks due to serious flooding here in Makeni. Although we are only a hop and a step from their house, ours rests on higher ground. They have been living in their landlady's apartment while they looked for new housing. 

During this time Tim's parents, Chester and Mary, have been visiting and have been a tremendous source of encouragement and help to them. God provided housing for them last week about nine minutes from us. It will take a little more effort to stay in touch with them, but at least they are in the same vicinity. No more running next door to borrow a few eggs or sugar! Hiltys, you'll be missed and Makeni won't be the same without you! We love you!
