This past Sunday one of the most important events in our lives occurred, next to marriage and the birth of our children and grandchildren. The EFC of Mt. Morris commissioned us for missionary service to Zambia. Our children and many family members and friends attended. Our former pastor, Brad, challenged the congregation and a longtime friend and the church's chairman, Chester, gave a challenge to us. The evening was truly a time of worship and praise. Tracy and I both responded to the challenges before being handed our certificate of commissioning. "Who am I, O Lord God, and what is my house, that You have brought me this far?"
(II Samuel 7:18) May God be praised!
