We got word this week that our container left Dar El Salaam this past Saturday. Yesterday it had reached the border between Tanzania and Zambia and we had to rush Tracy's work permit to the shipping office for certification. This morning we were told that our container may be leaving the border today. Lord willing, we may have our "box" by Friday. Please pray with us that God would show favor to us and Evangelical Mission of Zambia. We found out our container is riding piggyback with a shipment for EMZ from Samaritan's Purse. How exciting to know that our shipment is in good company! Learning this reminded us that when we initially visited the shipping company in February, there happened to be a box from Samaritan's Purse on the floor. Guess what it was filled with? You've got it~Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes! As you can imagine, the promise of our container's arrival has encouraged us and created a new flurry of activity. Thank you to all of you for your prayers on our behalf."...the people who know their God will display strength and take action." (Daniel 11:32;NASB)

I do pray that your container gets there this week. We would like things to happen in our time but God has his own time. It teaches us to waite on him. Did you get the note saying I had sent a letter to Fl? Karen you do a great job writing the blog. LOVE YOU MOM
What a time of rejoicing this will be! Wish we could be there to help you unload and get settled. We had so wanted to participate in this day and would be there if we could!
