"I'll be the one in the parking lot, jumping up and down and turning cartwheels," Tracy posted on our friend's Facebook page. Without even knowing us, Anne and David Andert loaned us their motorcycle while we're home for four months.
We met the Anderts' daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Curtis, while in Zambia. Missionaries with Africa Hope, Katie and Curtis became fast friends. It was great getting to know them and we felt like we had our children around when we were with them. The Anderts' children returned home this year, but have remained in touch with us.
You can imagine Tracy's delight when Anne wrote him to let him know they were offering their Honda Shadow to him. Yesterday we met the Anderts in Rockford for brunch at the Stockholm Inn. Following Tracy down Route 2 in the car, I couldn't help but smile. I knew he was in his glory! Thank you, Anderts, for giving so generously to a motorcycle hungry soul!

God is good... and it's a beautiful thing when grace comes through God's people.
