A Blog For Our Grandsons

Our son, Micah, sent an e-mail today to let us know about our grandsons’ prayer life. Jude, who will soon be five, always wants to pray for us. Why? Because he doesn’t want us to be eaten by a poisonous snake! Jude, we are so happy you pray for Grampa T. and Gramma K. We haven’t seen snakes here yet, but we have seen ants, millipedes, flat spiders, a scorpion, and bunches of giant snails. The snails are especially troublesome as they do more than leave tracks in the sand. That would be tolerable. They also leave excrement wherever they travel~on foliage and on outside walls. This creates the need for a lot of scrubbing and repainting after the rainy season. Escargot, anyone? (Jude and Atty~we’re told by Mrs. Dil that eating snails is like chewing bubble gum!)
