After entering our front door and turning right you enter our kitchen. When I first saw this room I almost cried. It looks nothing like it did. In the far right corner was a sink situated on a concrete base. There were no cabinets as you see here, only a rough, single wooden box with a door on either side of the kitchen. I don't remember the flooring, but I now have beautiful ceramic tile.
After passing through the kitchen you'll enter the laundry room and face the east exit, or our side door. There is a gate also on this door which we padlock when leaving
the house. The silver contraption sitting on the dryer is our water purifier. The top of it houses the reservoir for pouring water as well as the two filters. I find the name of this Indian-made purifier, Pradeep, a good reminder to pray deep. The last picture is the view from the laundry room facing the opposite direction. The doorway to the right of the stove leads to our dining and sitting room areas. Now,
